150g cooked white beans
2 tsp Acai berries powder
1 tbsp olive oil
a bit of water water (if needed)
Salt & Pepper
Prepare the pesto blending beans and acai together until smooth.
Add the oil and, if is not enough smooth, some water time by time to make it creamy.
Season with salt and pepper.
Acai berries are rich in anthocyanins, vitamins and minerals and perform a cholesterol-lowering and antioxidant action!
