500g Sliced mushrooms
500g Bamboo strips
1 piece of fresh ginger
¼ fresh chilli
2 garlic cloves
2 lt. water
Oil
Salt & Pepper
++ wakame salad as condiments
In a pot, fry for a couple of minutes garlic, chilli and ginger thinly chopped.
Add the mushrooms and cook for other 5 minutes.
Wash the bamboo strips very well and then add in the pot, and fry together with the rest for other 2 minutes.
Add the water and boil for about 20 minutes.
Season well with salt & pepper.
Serve with a splash of raw oil and, if you like, with a spoon of wakame salads.
