This Pride, join Elisa and me, for an intimate, four-course vegan dinner that mirrors a deeply personal, inner journey: The Roots, The Departure, The Journey, and The Discovery.
As each plate revisits and liberates Italian culinary traditions through an evolved, plant-based lens, you will be handed the canvas for your own transformation. Through the art of Blackout Poetry, we will take traditional stories and recipes, blacking out the rigid rules of the past to let new, proud words of identity and freedom emerge.
