🌈 Immerse yourself in the art of Italian tradition with a vibrant and inclusive twist! In this hands-on cooking workshop, you'll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch while exploring the magic of natural colors created with herbs, spices, and vegetable reductions. 🌿✨

Here’s what to expect:
🍝 The Basics: We’ll start with an introduction to flours, traditional pasta-making techniques, and tips for drying, cooking, and pairing pasta with delicious sauces.

🌈 Get Creative: Each participant will prepare their own dough, infusing it with unique colors of their choice. Once the dough has rested, we’ll experiment together in shaping various pasta formats—using just your hands or simple kitchen tools.

🍽️ Taste and Take Home: A portion of your pasta will be cooked and shared during the workshop, while the rest can be taken home to enjoy later. (Don’t forget to bring a container or Tupperware!)

🥂 Snacks and Drinks: Throughout the workshop, snacks and drinks will be available to keep the creative energy flowing.
