Festive Handmade Pasta Lab
Join me for a joyful and creative workshop where the magic of the holidays meets the art of handmade pasta!
On December 13th, from 16:00 to around 18:30, we will prepare naturally colored pasta doughs using vegetables, spices, and seasonal ingredients—bringing to life festive shades like pine green, berry red, and golden yellow.
Once the doughs are ready, we’ll combine the colors and shape the pasta in playful, vibrant, and eye-catching ways.
This workshop is suitable for everyone: beginners, curious makers, food lovers, teenagers, families, and of course our queer community—everyone is welcome in this warm, inclusive, hands-on space.
We’ll also explore holiday-perfect sauces and toppings, and learn how to transform vegetable scraps into beautiful homemade aromatic salts—an eco-friendly and thoughtful idea for small Christmas gifts.
We’ll end the session with a tasting of the freshly made pasta and a festive toast to celebrate the holidays just around the corner.
Come knead, create, taste, and enjoy the colors and coziness of the season—one pasta shape at a time!
Participants will also take home a portion of the pasta they make during the workshop, along with a small jar of homemade aromatic salt crafted from vegetable scraps — a colorful and sustainable souvenir to continue the festive spirit at home.
